Opportunity: This week Humana launched its first TV ad from Omnicom's Affordable Care Act‘s next open enrollment period, Nov. 1-Jan 31. 

Therefore, continue to go after direct response dollars tied to the new campaign. Humana tends to run most of its advertising in Q2 and Q4.
