RFP: Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism seeking full service agency
The (MOTT) is searching for a full service agency to provide various marketing, advertising and public relations services primarily targeted at U.S. leisure travelers.
According to the , which was issued March 12, the initial one-year contract has a maximum budget in the range of $3 million to $5 million. The maximum obligation of the three consecutive, one-year renewal options are estimated to be in the range of $3 million to $7 million.
Work will include developing an annual destination marketing plan during each contract year; developing and executing broadcast, print and online advertising programs; customer relationship marketing; and developing an annual PR plan.
MOTT intends to award one contract, though it may sign on multiple firms if needed, the RFP states.
Proposals are due by 3 p.m., EDT, April 16. The contract’s estimated start date is July 1.
