Kohler Co. names PR AOR for brand communication efforts

Opportunity: Kohler has tapped Ketchum as its PR AOR. In this role, Ketchum will support all four of Kohler’s business units: Kitchen & Bath fixtures; Interiors; Power; and Hospitality. This support will come in the form of strategic counsel on corporate and consumer brand communication efforts, including thought leadership, sustainability and social media.
Media Spend: Kantar Media reports that Kohler spent $31.6 million on measured media in 2014. About half was allocated to broadcast ads. According to iSpot, Kohler has spent $12.6 million on national braodcast ads so far this year.
