Additional Insight: The new agency will manage all external communications efforts and strategic programming for the cognac house. Therefore, expect luxury male focused campaigns to be on the way that will introduce Bache-Gabrielsen to US cognac drinkers.

Opportunity: Launched its newest campaign, titled “Sabra. Welcome to the Unofficial Meal.”

Additional Insight: Debuted last week with 15- and 30-second national TV spots depicting family and friends unwinding over fresh dips and snacks. Besides TV, the campaign features integrated digital, PR, social and experiential. Therefore, family focused (read: female household decision maker) sellers should continue to go after traditional and digital campaign dollars.

 

The Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino (Las Vegas, NV)

Scope of Work: Creative, traditional media strategy, buying and planning and casino marketing

Additional Insight: The agency has already hired creative art directors, designers and production artists to work alongside the Cosmopolitans marketing department. One of the agency's first assignments will be creating campaigns for the hotel's restaurant collection and nightlife. So, look for a new campaign to launch soon, as May is the start of the hotel's busy season. On top of peak travel season beginning soon, the Beauty and Essex restaurant and lounge will open May 16 and three super welterweight world title fights are planned to take place at the hotel on May 21.

 

Gildan Activewear (Montreal)

New Agency: O'Keefe Reinhard & Paul

Additional Insight: OKRP's first work is slated to launch later this spring. Then, a new brand campaign is expected to launch for the Q4 holiday season, traditionally Gildan's peak advertising period, according to Kantar Media. Sellers – keep in mind that while men continue to be Gildan's core demo, the company wants to increase its presence with millennials and women. For example, country music star Blake Shelton was hired as spokesman last year, partly to help Gildan 

 

SoFi (San Francisco)
